Hi! I’m Matty.
My journey started as a kid fascinated by taking apart old clock radios, landline phones, and just about anything I could learn from. That curiosity led to more than 20 years gaining expertise in luxury multi-family housing, residential repairs, and hands-on technical problem solving.In late 2021, I decided to formalize that lifelong passion by graduating from a technical college, giving me a fresh, up-to-date foundation in modern electrical practices and low-voltage innovations, complimenting decades of real-world experience.Over the years, I’ve worked in maintaining large apartment-buildings, to wiring performance theatres, installing commercial sound systems, and supporting live broadcast sporting events for NASCAR.Today, I bring that same combination of experience, current technical knowledge, and attention to detail to homes here on the island.Whether it’s essential home maintenance or routine home checks, my goal is simple: provide reliable, thoughtful, island-friendly service you can count on.I’m from the area, born in Erie County and raised in Bellevue. I won’t ever claim to be a P.I.B. local. Winter 2025 was my first year round experience on the island and it’s a wonderland to me.I’ve been associated with the island since the late 1980’s and staying at my favorite cottage on Chapman Point was something I really looked forward to in summer.I do this kind of work because I care about people; I want to contribute to our special community and get to know my neighbors.
